Bench Fee & No-Fix Fees *

Pixel Fixer specializes in board-level repair and data recovery services. If a repair solution is offered but declined, a $60 No-Fix fee applies to cover diagnostic time and return shipping costs. If diagnosis shows a parts-related issue rather than board failure, a $60 bench fee will apply and we will offer to complete the repair for the cost of the replacement part plus the bench fee.

Biohazard Cleanup Fee (gaming consoles & laptops) *

If a gaming console or laptop has evidence of a current or prior insect infestation, a $60 Biohazard Cleanup fee will apply. This fee is non-negotiable. Failure to agree will result in denial of repair, the standard bench fee will apply, and the device will be returned to the sender.

Warranty and Terms *

We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to feel confident in the solutions we provide. All repairs are covered by a 12-month warranty on the specific repair performed, beginning on the date of service. Return shipping is covered for approved warranty repairs. This warranty does not cover new or unrelated damage, including liquid damage. Data recovery services are excluded from warranty coverage. Once recovered data has been provided, the service is considered complete. For B2B orders, restoring recovered data to end customers is the responsibility of the B2B Client. Pixel Fixer will only release recovered data to the original B2B Client. Devices are returned as-is after recovery and may not be fully reassembled/functional unless otherwise stated. The sender is responsible for proper packaging. Return labels are not insured by default - insurance must be requested prior to return shipment. Any visibly damaged packages will be documented and reported upon receipt.
